Was extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years. I asked them to cancel my automatic draft because I wanted to remove a vehicle. They drafted it anyway. after that i bought a new car and entered all the information on their website and never received a call. When I called complaining about the situation the agent explained they can't be responsible for computer errors. I am with a new agent and am much happier
