Every time I come in with questions I'm always met with a friendly and extremely helpful staff!nKaylyn at the front was able to help me find the perfect tile. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. When I came in with additional questions Ricky was able to show me the exact color of grout I wanted and explained all of the differences in grout.nI know whenever I come I will be met with answers to any question I may have.

Great selection. I wish I had come here when choosing my bath tile. Comparable prices. It took a VERY long time to check out. Other than that it was a great experience.

This was our first experience in this store and I probably felt the worst. They delivered the completely different colored floors. When we went back to this location, the manager offered us to replace the floor but we have to pay for delivery. So basically I have to pay for their mistake. That was absurd that not only they did not acknowledge their mistake, but on top of it they wanted me to pay for the delivery again. The manager was not in any rush to resolve the issue at all. He kept disappearing without resolving my issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Please go ahead and do your research before you go to this location.nSo it has been exactly a year that I posted this review. Unfortunately we had the buy the floor again and colony was the only location who had my floors. And again they screwed up my order . Somehow they think that we were gonna be blind and wont notice difference between two completely different color of floor.They gave us the wrong ud83dude11 floor AGAIN. Upon asking how can they mash up my order two years in a raw, their team associate Lauren said that she guess they remember my name and mash up my order purposely. To her it was a matter of joke but did not realize that this is very frustrating to me as a customer. I have seen places who make mistake but this place top everyone in screwing up orders. Good job floor and decor for doing a worst hiring the worst people in the business who have no sense of customer service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a large selection of tiles, flooring, and supplies to choose from. Great prices. Definitely recommend.

Definitely would not recommend. This store does not have enough employees to handle any amount of business. Try calling and you'll see they don't answer calls and if they do you're on hold for very long times. If you order any type of in stock order from the warehouse that shows 5-7 days, you'll be waiting 4-5 weeks. When your order is ready don't expect to get a call or email that your order is ready to pick up. All around horrible place to shop.
