The first two times I went was great. I ordered online 2/5 for 3:30pm. The meat was tough, the rice was crunchy, the food was cold and no napkins or fork. Wow I'm not sure I will go back.
They get a 3 stars simply due to my later experience checking out. Brad had a horrible attitude while making my food and was just throwing things into the bowl. Not a fan of Brad but Kelssi the cashier was great making my experience good.
Not the best Chipotle in town but it’s the one we got. The portions are smaller than other locations but the staff are nice. Make sure you ask for napkins and a fork or you might not get one from the drive-thru pickup.
They were super friendly and Matt, the cashier (I think that’s his name), was so nice and attentive. Left with a smile on my face. If I don’t come back and change this review it means that the food was good too! Cheers!
I want to preface this and say that I used to work for chipotle and I’m a long term food service worker. I love the food here and also know what it means to give good customer service. My husband and I just got two bowls at this location and the food seems on par but the service wasn’t great. A younger girl with purple hair was on the line and I’ve never had worse service at chipotle. I only write this because I truly hope someone will review this and help their employees learn how to give customers a better experience— I was very taken aback at how she treated me.
