Jami is great at cutting hair but sadly lacking in customer service skills and business management. Not only did she up her prices AFTER a scheduled appointment, she had me pay the upped price. I thought this was pretty awful but was just the beginning of her downfall. I also bought products from her one of them was 65.00, I had only had it 5 months and it grew mold. I contacted her, after a few days she got back saying she could not reimburse OR replace due to being a small business. As a business owner, that's obviously not right. Thankfully the company of the product got right back to me when she couldn't and is replacing the bottle. It's really quite sad. She does good hair but don't expect good customer service and don't buy product, if she'll even accept you.
Jami has very curly hair herself and knows exactly how to handle curls. She is awesome! She taught me a lot about my type of hair and how to style it.
Jami is fantastic. Her personal experience with curly hair, her eye for style, and her delightful personality make me want to get my hair cut more often. I strongly recommend her to anyone with wavy to curly hair!
