Really love this place- the sessions are challenging but totally adaptable. Each instructor brings their own unique vibe and expertise for a satisfying practice each and every class.

Kiki always has a great flow with good challenging options. I always sweat out the toxins and leave feeling better. Not to mention, I feel like I gain strength and flexibility each time.

This is the first yoga studio I stepped foot in, and I immediately felt comfortable and welcome! I've been going for almost 3 years and still love it. Tip: get the Uptown Yoga app so you can easily view schedules, sign up for classes, and purchase packages. Enjoy!
