This staff has continuously got the job done on time and thoroughly for our family since we moved to Texas, exceeding expectations. This team, especially Amy, stand out as knowledgeable insurance leaders getting the job done right the first time. They understand the requirements and the rules, using this information to solve any problem quickly while providing usable recommendations to our insurance needs. This is a team of excellent communicators with expertise in all insurance areas. They have provided excellent results for all our insurance needs. I love this Farmers Insurance group. Spenser Hamilton and his staff are amazing. I have several different policies from Personal to Business and Kelsey went over every policy with me one on one. Kelsey was amazing to answer all my questions and make sure I wasn’t over insured or under insured. Kelsey is very good about getting back to you in a timely manner by phone and email. Thank you Mr. Hamilton for the personal attention you and your staff give.

I have used Farmer's Insurance for home and auto for many years. When looking for ways to save money on my homeowner's policy at renewal time, Kelsey went over my policy with me in great detail. She ended up doing a policy rewrite for me, which gave me better coverage, was specific to my personal needs AND saved me money! Kelsey is knowledgeable, personable and professional. She also speaks Spanish! I highly recommend her at the Spencer Hamilton Agency for a personal touch!

The Spencer Hamilton agency has been AMAZING to us. They were able to save us a significant amount each year, while giving us the same, and even better, coverage than we had at our previous agency. Their office has handled our needs in a timely and professional manner for both our home and auto policies, as well as our construction builder’s risk policy. They even review my policy for me to find more savings each time I’m up for renewal. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
