I have been working out at Precision Fit for a few months. It is a great workout with amazing trainers. I have watched numerous people transform their bodies (including myself) in a very short time. The variation in exercises keeps you interested and the atmosphere keeps you motivated. Last, there is a vast amount of classes and resources available with your membership. I would highly recommend Precision Fit Labs to anyone who wants results.

Fit Lab has the best trainers and attentive owners. Workouts are challenging and new everyday. Donnie uses Fit3D body scanner, heart rate tracking and recovery compression to help you achieve your overall fitness goals. The community of members make it a warm and friendly vibe. Best place to get your sweat on!

Great workouts with a knowledgeable instructor. I wanted HIIT style training but with someone that can give me insights and help prevent injuries. Donnie comes up with great workouts that keep me coming back. Great workout, laid back environment but everyone is there to do work. Their recovery studio helps me get over my aches and pains so I can pus every workout to the max. The body scanner and the calorie / heart rate tracking for every workout makes tracking your progress easy and you can see the changes. Great place to get in shape and stay in shape.

I have trained with Donnie Middleton at Precision Fit since I was 12 years old, and I can confidently say that he has given me the tools and provided the environment that has allowed me to become the best athlete I can be. The staff, the culture, and the atmosphere within Precision Fit Labs is unmatched. Plus, with the added Recovery Station amenities, it makes the experience 100x better. I highly recommend joining and becoming a part of Precision Fit Labs.

This is the coolest studio I have ever seen. Absolutely love the programing and the fact that I’m never alone. The training is the best and the recovery lab services are top notch!
