Don't judge a book by its cover and don't let the metal building fool you. Has all the stations and machines you need if your there for a good workout. Kept as clean, or cleaner, than the best gyms I've been to. Friendly helpful staff.

It's a great small, old school style type gym. Has everything you need to get a good workout in. They have a turf plot in the back to get a good cardio workout in as well, and a beach volleyball court. The staff is friendly and they do a great job with keeping the equipment and building clean. Even the other members there are great.
Great people! Fantastic selection of machines and free weights. Plus great classes, personal trainers, a HUGE volleyball court and summer programs for kids. There is also a Chiropractor office and a walk-in clinic on site. Very impressed!
