Call ahead for the hours. Certain parts of the complex open at 8:30 instead of the listed 8:00 am. Generally if you call them most services can be arbited over the phone in deference to the pandemic.nCourt Clerk Lesa is pretty quick to get in touch with; and she's super helpful.

I've just called the City of Justin to ask about general information on building permits. They are simply the rudest city employees I've ever spoken to. Perhaps that's the reason the City has only a population of 3K people - prospective businesses will probably get frustrated with dealing those big headed employees.
