Bobbie and Nancy were very professional. They were thorough in their work, while making sure I was never in pain. They made time to educate me, and were very accommodating with my requests. Dr Sheikh was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt comfortable being in his care. I never felt pressured to make haste decisions, and the staff was warm n friendly. The procedures I had done were priced lower than my previous dentist, yet I don’t fell as though I’m sacrificing quality of care. Over all a positive experience.

This place is wonderful!!! The entire staff is professional, kind and courteous. Their facility is super clean and every precaution is taken to provide a safe environment. Thank you to Bethany, a great hygienist, very upbeat and explains everything. Oscar who is very professional and always concerned about my comfort and Dr. Sheikh who has a great bedside manner, is very caring and very talented! It is very nice to have an office that has many different service all in one place.nnPrices are discussed before anything is done so there is no confusion. They have a great discount plan for those people who are not insured (the best plan I have ever seen!) I brought my mom there for a new set of dentures and she has also had a great experience. Medicare does not pay for dentures so the discount plan was very helpful.nnThis is the best experience I have ever had with a dental office!!!nnI must admit that I didn't go the Dental Depot for a long time simply due to its name and the looks of the building. I got the impression that it was a cheap gimmick and just another franchise out to make money. I was so very wrong and I am the only one who paid for my stupidity.

After being dissatisfied at other dental offices. I found this location and I would definitely give the whole office a 5 ud83cudf1f. From the time my daughter became a new patient with the office they have been amazing. The front office staff as well as the front office manager I am sorry but forgot her name, she explained everything to me n detail and made sure i was satisfied. I want to thank Dr Chen and Oscar for there amazing work they did with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing. I would totally recommend this location to anyone.

First time here and will definitely return. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the first call to the day of my procedure. The entire process was painless. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. Affordable with a relaxed mellow environment. Would highly recommend.
