Every detail of the experience was great from start to finish. Ryan Bacsafra was amazing! He had a great attitude, professionalism, and he was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He also did not pressure me into adding other options (additional cost) like at other car dealerships. I only dealt with him through the process, unlike at other car dealerships. Overall my experience was top notch! I definitely recommend Ryan!

John and Bayer were amazing! John was very precise, open, and honest - unlike any other car salesman we've experienced. I like the car buying process to be simple and haggle-free. John was fair and transparent - that goes a long way with me! He has a customer for life!nnBayer was very helpful in assisting us through a lot of the details. He and John work well in tandem. On our first visit, we were just stopping to take a quick look and didn't have time to stay. Bayer explained his role and spoke very highly of John who was helping another client at the time. Bayer is why we came back to purchase and I'm glad we did!nnI am very happy with my purchase and very pleased with the customer service I received!

Wonderful experience. I’m from out of state and Doug Burton helped me get a year old used car. He was tremendous. He was available when I needed him, but didn’t over communicate. Once we settled on the car, he walked me through the out of state purchase process and it was very simple. I never left my house! Call Doug.

Rachil is an awesome service advisor. She understands the Lexus product and gives good solid advice. Also, she is facile with the Park Place computer system and was able to get my loaner car assigned super quick. She communicates clearly and timely. I could not have been happier with her.
