My faith in new/used car dealerships was pretty much down the drain.... until I met these guys. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, they had every chance to take advantage of me (like most do) However, to my surprise they treated me fair and were honest with me from start to finish. Certified Autos went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable doing business with them and were respectful and patient with me. I’ll be recommending Certified Autos to everyone from now on.

Definitely recommend this place the customer service goes above and beyond expectations! I was helped by Eric Reyes, super knowledge salesman walks you through step by step, very detailed and helpful! All others who helped in the process as well. They made it very easy and always did the most they could to help me. More than satisfied with what I have now!

Derek from Certified Auto’s of North Texas was incredibly helpful when my Range Rover Evoque needed service. He not only went above and beyond to squeeze me in at the VERY last minute but kept me updated every step of the way. He was extremely pleasant, professional and most of all- FAST- which was a breath of fresh air after the Land Rover dealership quoted triple the price and basically told me I would have to wait there all day. I will not be going anywhere else after such great service. Thank you, Derek and his whole team!

Their customer service was amazing way beyond my expectations! They walked me through the whole process & helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great staff I highly recommend this place!
