I highly recommend David McDavid Honda to buy or service your car. I always service my Honda there, and they keep impressing me every time I go. They are very professional, they provide a perfect customer service in addition to being very nice and gentle. When I call, They pick up within few moments and they can set an appointment the same day. Once I called and it was very critical, they were able to set an appointment the next hour, gosh that was convenient and impressive. The staff are knowledgeable and they provide you with all the information you need. They have a very nice waiting area where you can enjoy coffee and water as a courtesy and you would never feel the time as they provide a home like environment. Keep the good work.

3 year update. New Building and even better service!nJames Brown is a fantastic salesman! He doesn't push...instead the Sales, Finance, and Managers work together to work out the best deal possible! The process is simple and they always have a fantastic inventory...lots of color choices! The car was clean for test drive, and then detailed for take home the SAME DAY. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for your Honda! Check out the 2018 Accords...it's a whole new car!

I am so grateful to have Justin Bach as my service advisor. He was able to explain my charges and worked with me so I can get to work and have my car back in a timely manner. I I appreciate his professionalism, being kind, and caring! I have an older vehicle that has to have work. I don’t like costly car repairs nor can I afford a new car as a single mom. But knowing I’m in good hands I will return!

10 out of 10 experience. Scott M. was friendly and extremely helpful. The staff understand my circumstance and truly worked with me to find the right car for my situation. My sales rep was awesome. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to talk to head of service since I had some questions about the engine. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be straightforward, which I appreciated. The finance part of the process was a bit more high-pressure, which I didn’t enjoy. But overall I am satisfied with my purchase and experience.
