Wonderful experience during my recent service of my Ford F-150. My service associate is Fred who is always on top of his game. He is dependable, timely, and always informative. He helped me get the best deal on my new tires with alignment, and transmission service. He made sure to be thorough and discussed my previous services and what needed to be evaluated. A huge plus was being to directly contact him via text to keep me updated on my trucks progress through the day to ensure a prompt pick up. Highly recommend!!
Great Customer service. They explain everything and give you different service option, like minimum, suggested and premium. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Certainly beats the Ford competition in this area.nnNow, a year later I had a very different experience, where I never got to see the service advisor assigned to me and they did not contact me before making certain changes. Maybe they only want to make a good impression the first time you come in. Very disappointed.

Very Good customer experience. I had a software upgrade issue that was resolved in an approx 1 hour, another dealership told me it would take 4 hrs. Fred was very helpful and informative and delivered on time. I recommend AutoNation for your auto needs.
I've never bought a car before actually seeing it in person. I live a couple hours from Autonation Ford in Frisco, TX. but found the car I wanted at that dealership. I spoke to Jeff Vazquez and he went through every detail on the car. Based on that I had a check drawn and paid for the vehicle.nThe next day I drove to Frisco and inspected the car in person. It was immaculate in every way and looked even better than I hoped.nConcerning price, I was a bit uncomfortable with a 1 price deal. I had however, done my research and knew that Autonation's price was very good. Now that the deal is done, I'm sold on this way of buying. In fact, I'm looking for another vehicle and have been checking their site regularly.nI trust in their multi-point inspection and after driving the car for a few weeks, have found nothing that needs attention.nMy experience with this dealership has been great and I highly recommend them if anyone is shopping for a new or used car!
