I had some issues with paper work last week, and I wasn't very happy with the out come. However, Robert reached out to me instantly in no time, and got everything sorted out for me. SUPER guy, and very professional. They have sure gained me as a client with their treatment, and understanding.nnAlso, Jessica is defiantly one of the most professional I ever met at any auction. I paid a lot of money to get my car out of there tow service and because they were having a show I have to wait 3 days to get my car back and they also would not allow me to come and pick up my children’s car seats. I asked to speak with a manager but the woman kept telling me no she was the only person I could speak to I’m so upset and inconvenienced. I can’t go to work or even get my kids to school.
