Ly at Crest Nissan was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with him. I thought a part was not secured properly after I got an oil change from you guys so I brought the vehicle back in and he was able to show me it was all good and secured in the first place. Taking the time to do that goes a long way and I look forward to trusting you all with my vehicle service and repairs in the future!

I’d been meaning to purchase an affordable and economical car for some time but I had no idea where to start. Sales associate Carlos Robles was knowledgeable and efficient at educating me about the different options that Nissan offered. Personable, kind, and very easy to work with. No pressure. Working with Chance was an absolute pleasure! Chance was extremely helpful and with a great customer service principle. The buying process of my Rogue took about 2 weeks during Christmas period.
