Everything was handled professionally, smoothly and convenient, Max was great to work with, I work two full-time jobs, so obviously had an issue being able to get there in person, but Max did everything he could to make it possible!nnWhoever does their detailing, also needs acknowledgment, the interior was so clean, to a point that you did not even feel oils left behind from the previous owners skin, the leather literally felt so clean, like when it was new!nnRachael in finance was very personable to my needs and again very professional and quick at getting me out the door, extremely pleased with the entire process, Literally one of the best experiences at a dealership I’ve had everyone acted like people, personable, down to earth, not robots just following their Scripts!!

Our experience at this dealership was amazing from start to finish. Billy Delgado was our salesman and he was welcoming and was efficient in finding cars that met our needs. He as knowledgeable about the vehicles and never tried to push a sale on us! He honestly is a true five star salesmen, please go see him. Now the dealership itself was clean and visually appealing. Thank you Volvo Frisco for helping us find our dream car!

I highly recommend Crest Volvo in Frisco. I worked with Edward Mendoza by email, then came in person for a test drive. Edward was the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He was the most knowledgeable about the product. I am a self professed car fanatic, yet he impressed me with his knowledge and confidence in the products Volvo offers. He was very respectful and placed no pressure on me to close the deal. He made the entire process smooth and his follow through was top notch. I will be referring anyone I can go work with Edward. I also want to commend the finance manager Jeremy and Rachel in finance for their excellent service.

We purchased our very first Volvo from Crest yesterday. Billy Delgado and the whole staff were extremely nice. It was a different experience for us being that’s it’s a dealership and all. Jorge the finance guy was also great. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got the percentage that we wanted. Billy D was definitely talked about all the way home. It was truly and honor to have him as our salesman. We’ll be recommending Billy and the Crest team to our friends and family. Thanks Crest for an amazing experience!

Awesome car buying experience! Our salesman Jimmy Crosby is the best. He answered all of our questions and was right there through the entire process from the very beginning!! He went above and beyond.nnJorge in the finance department and, sales director Jeremy Hernandez made the whole sale process smooth. They were amazingly accommodating!! At CREST VOLVO they really roll out the red carpet for their customers!!! They have made a lifetime customer with us. I'm taking my daughter there today for her to look at purchasing her first vehicle. I can't say enough....GO GO GO to CREST VOLVO!!nYou will not be be disappointed!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
