Alonso was super nice and quickly came for the car! They were here within the time they said. All the money quoted was the money I received and there was never any uneasy feeling. This was my first time using junk car girls and they made the whole process of selling my car super easy! I spoke to Melissa on Sunday and she gave me a very reasonable offer for my car and she was able to schedule a driver to come get my car the next day! Carlos the tow guy was super nice and easy to talk to! He made sure to let me know when he was on his way and also gave me an estimated arrival time. Because I was on a somewhat tight schedule that was really helpful!

They got me a quote and set up the schedule for removal very quickly. The driver stayed in contact very well during the whole trip and was professional. I may not have gotten much for my quote, which is why i gave 4 stars not five, but coverall was a good quick experience to solving a big problem. Thanks so much!
