Low Price Auto Sales

Was a customer over 10 years and have brought plenty of business to this tire shop! The owner has been a FRIEND and has been the only one to work on any of my cars as far as tires and has worked on my cars for mechanical purposes as well. On 7/21 I went in to purchase 4 used tires he had but one couldn’t be used bc it had sidewall damage. The owner told me he would try and find me a 4th tire ASAP so I paid for 3 and left. As soon as I got down the road I realized my front tire pressure sensor was not working. I called him immediately and let him know, he “claims” he looked in the used tire and found my sensor broken off in it. I asked him to hold onto it and we would deal with it when he found a 4th tire and I came back. I text him a week later bc he hadn’t contacted me. He read it immediately but no response. I text him days later again, he read it immediately but no response. Yesterday I went back by the shop to talk about him replacing the sensor, try to get a third tire and immediately he acted differently than ever before. He started taking pictures of my tire before he touched it, took pictures of bumper damage HE KNOWS happened over a year ago that he was going to install a new one when I could afford it. I went behind him into the shop to watch my tire being removed bc he was acting strange and to see where the sensor had broken off. He immediately started lying saying I said I would be back the next day and didn’t come, etc. He started talking about the 4th tire and just talking in circles about numerous things to avoid discussing replacing the sensor they had broken. I said he was lying and he put his two fingers within 1 inch of my face yelling at me. My boyfriend stepped in and told him to not put his fingers in my face and yell at me bc I’m a woman and to show more respect. His son then stepped in complaining bc my boyfriend cursed. The owner then turned back to me yelling and with his hands in my face AGAIN! Immediately the police pulled up behind my car blocking it in and his son ran out to the officer telling him we were causing a disturbance. They had stepped into the shop and contacted the police before we even started talking about anything. He had no intentions of replacing my sensor that his SON broke while changing my tire and this is how they handle any disagreements. He then claimed he has only changed 2 tires for me EVER! This man has put atleast 20 if not more used tires on my cars over the years plus all my family members that I have go to them. This is why I called him a liar. He ruined a long time friendship and frequent customer for a $44 part that he broke! The officer told him it doesn’t matter if I came back 1 day or weeks later. If he damaged a part on my car he should be honorable and fix it. I have found out since that he often calls the police on customers if he is asked to fix any damages he causes or has any disputes. I also found out that his son has bent ppls rims and tried to just hammer out his damage but blamed it on the customer who had no rim issue before he touched their tires plus other damages! He doesn’t balance tires or take the proper steps like real professionals do. He does the least amount possible and gets your money. I am still shocked by the way he did me bc of our friendship but not surprised by his poor ethics based on horrible things he has says to me about different customers and different races. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was driving out of my way to his shop just bc of my loyalty. There are several other reputable used tires shops in The Colony besides this dump. My lesson has been learned!

Great service and prices

I put down a deposit on a vehicle and was told the body work would be finished in a few days. 2 weeks later they did the bare minimum of work on the car and were difficult to get the deposit back from. Do not reccomend.

They have very reasonable prices and have exceptional customer service!!!
