Honestly, the food was pretty good but the service / accuracy is another story.nnI ordered wings and a salad. About 5 minutes after we ordered, the server let me know they don’t have salad anymore. Okay. Just wings then. And to be fair, the wings did taste good.nnPerson #2 in our party of 4 ordered the Shakertins burger, but it arrived with mustard and no cheese but that was NOT how it was ordered.nnPerson #4 received a plate of TACOS even though he ordered NACHOS. The server promptly explained, “the kitchen doesn’t have what you wanted. Would these tacos be okay instead?”nnREALLY?nnAt the minimal, the appropriate thing would be to notify the person much earlier, not when everyone else was receiving their meal. I don’t know if this was the server’s fault or the kitchen’s fault. In either case, the server got a 19% tip. And the restaurant is getting a bad review. I will not likely ever visit again.
Ordered the Mac N Cheese, and the standard burger with truffle fries as a side.nnService- Olivia took care of us and was very attentive and helpful, when we arrived it was clear our table was not cleaned since the last people had sat there. It was busy, and I asked for them to clean the table, no big deal.nnOf the people wearing masks, don’t expect your waiter or waitress to be adorning one, another negative about this place. We were in the significant minority of people wearing masks, and if you are serving multiple tables and handling food I expect you to wear a mask. It’s not a lot to ask for, it’s just basic food security.nnFood- Very mediocre. To say we were disappointed is spelling it lightly, we spent roughly $60 for food and drinks, and the only half decent food was the truffle fries. They were crispy yet soft, and they were very flavorful. Outside of our waitress, the fries were the only commendable thing about this place.nnThe burger was poor. I think most people at home could make a better burger themselves, it was very bland. The meat was noticeably flavorless, and the onion slice overpowered the whole burger. The burger on its own was maybe a 1/5 or 2/5.nnThe Mac n cheese we had deserves a new word for how bland it was. It was like they kept out all the flavor and just decided to roll with the texture of the dish instead. I asked for some salt and pepper, but it wasn’t enough to save this dish from its place on my list. A solid 1/5.nnWe ordered a couple drinks, but I won’t include them in the review other than saying they were more ice than drink, I hate that about drinks when I go out.nnAnyway overall, this place is a 1/5, or a 2/5 on a good day, it was way too pricey for how mediocre the food was. Regardless of how good service is, they can’t mask how poor this place was. We will NOT be returning any time soon.
The atmosphere was okay, although I think it's very disorganized. There were tables connected to the bar which gave it a less bar ambience to it. I've never seen that. the customers that go there are very rowdy and a bit obnoxious. It's also extremely expensive. 4 drinks the total was $58.00 . The drinks were made horribly. I ordered a long island tea with sprite; when they were tasted , it tasted like simple syrup. I asked for these to be changed. They didnt even remake them, they simply added more liquor and put coke instead of Sprite, I specifically said no coke! I ended up paying like $ 70 dollars for drinks that weren't even made properly, they tasted awful. Owner please train your staff to make drinks I am an ex bar tender.nnLong Island Tea measurements :nn1 oz Gomme Syrup, 1 oz Lemon juice, 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Tequila, 1/2 oz Triple sec, 1/2 oz Vodka.
One of the worst bars I've ever been to. Over crowded and $100 for six drinks (whiskey coke). I don't remember the last time I spent that much at a good bar. 100% not worth it.nnOh, and if you care about masks, do not go here. My group were the only ones wearing them, including staff.
Expensive drinks ok music super super college type place. Sanitation is a problem there but of course what do you expect from young kids.
