Our family has been going to Mi Cocina for a long time and The Colony location is our favorite. The food is incredible. We actually live closer to another location but The Colony location is far superior. The food is consistently excellent. The service is the best and the atmosphere is wonderful. We met the manager, Roger Garcia, and he was very gracious. We recommend The Colony Mi Cocina, you will not regret it!

We love this Mi Cocina location on the Nebraska Furniture Mart Dr in the Colony. We are here every other week and love even the most basic aspects. The music, the family clientele, and the wait staff. Dulce has been a great waitress on numerous occasions and even Roger, the service manager, has stopped by to ensure our experience has been top notch. We have two other locations closer to us but will drive a few more miles just to come here.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are delicious and the team is attentive and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a gorgeous evening. highly recommended.

The food was pretty good, but the service was slow, super slow, crawling at a pace slow. They were not busy, several open tables, lots of wait staff, but just painfully slow. We were left with an empty bowl of chips (& salsa) when we were finally asked if we wanted more chips. Yes please. Several minutes later, the chips were brought out.. with the entrees. We had to ask for the salsa. It came out as we were finishing up. The entire meal was like that, slow..

I love this spot ! Every time I come the service is great. I highly recommend Cuba as a server, he was fast and very attentive. Also the manager Roger made sure to check on us throughout the visit and helped out when a rush came. All in all I always have a great experience when I come to this location.
