Eddy was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful explaining our choices and the differences in flavors. The cupcakes he recommended were delicious. We'll definitely be back, thanks Eddy!

This is good news/bad news. The cupcakes i tried were good, but half were the wrong cupcakes in the box when I got home. If I liked white chocolate or raspberries, I might not be bothered by getting the wrong cupcakes. Also, there was too much frosting for my taste, but I might have the minority opinion there. Maybe if the right cakes were in the box, I might feel differently about the frosting.

At the ATM I got three cupcakes on Saturday. They were all pretty dry, seeming at least a day or two old, but still tasty. The Black and White was decent boxed average tasting on the cake side. The Lemon Coconut flavors were consistent.

I had 3 cupcakes delivered. The first that I ate was the birthday cake. It was very good. The second day I had the chocolate (which was very light kinda like german chocolate. I should have gotten the dark), but it was fair. Then this morning I attempted to eat the cinnaholic cupcake. It was hard as a rock. At $5.00 a cupcake, no not happy. Maybe It should have been stored differently, but I missed out on that one.

Love the cupcakes, hate the customer service.nnI called to check on the balance of a gift card my mom got me to use for my birthday. I was hung up on twice, and when I finally got ahold of someone they let me know that my gift card number was stolen and used last month by someone in a completely different state. They basically said “tough luck” and left it at that.nNo attempt to look further, no attempt to make it right. I guess I’ll make sure to get birthday cupcakes from somewhere else in the future ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f
