Really nice place and customer service was great. The cookie was good but would have loved a little more flavor and a little less buttercream. Overall good cookie but wouldn’t go out of my way to get one.
These cookies were brought to my work place by sales personnel that we work with on a consistent basis; and this is how I first heard about The Cookie Rack.nnOk, so first, the cookies themselves are HUGE! They are bigger than my hands and they taste so amazing! The Cookie Rack has so many interesting flavors and they are all so RICH! You will not be able to finish a cookie in one sitting! One cookie could easily feed about two or three people.
The cookies were amazing and the workers were friendly. This is a good birthday present or just a present in general.
After not having the best first experience we did contact the cookie rack and they did offer to make it right. I am giving them four stars because 1) they actually responded to customer feedback which today is not the norm for any business, 2) they offered to comp us cookies but this was not our intent so we respectfully declined, and 3) they want to do the right thing by their customers which tells me they are empathetic and run their business ethically.nnWe WILL absolutely give them another shot! The reviews across the board are too good for us to not!!!
Amazing!! Not only are the treats absolutely amazing but the staff is equally great. I placed an order from NY for a friend in Texas and they completed and delivered it within the hour.nYou could not ask for a better business to order your cookies or cakes from.nIf you go anywhere else you are truly missing out!!!!nThank you all so much for what you did to complete and deliver my order in the way you did!!!!!!
