I’ve gone to this location a few times the food is good but the customer service needs improvement the lady taking orders can’t get them right I have to correct her but that being said she needs to inform customers that there’s an up charge added to the almost $4 bucks you pay for chips and a drink! She kept repeating my orders back to me with large drinks even though I never said large..specifically told her with my combos that I “ wanted the size that comes with them” to which she said “ oh it’s your choice Large comes with it” so of course I said “ ok” then later I’m charged an additional up charge on each combo for ordering large drinks! I think I’ll stick to the other location near me.
Always good food. I feel like the price went up a bit making it close to $8 for sandwich, chips, and drink. The cashier that has worked at this location a long time is always so friendly and patient. (As we saw with 1st time costumers that were ahead of us in line).
I pulled up to order and no one answered so I pulled up to the window to order. The lady at the window kept yelling and interrupting me that she couldn’t hear me and just yelling so I drove off...
Customer service at this location is ridiculous. Wased a 7dollor off coupon here all because the lady didn't know how to input the code. The code is time sensitive. Plus this dinning closed it not open like the web says
Good fresh food followed by fast friendly service!
