This 7-Eleven is amazing. They go out of their way to keep things i like in stock because im a regular customer. I dont think i have ever had such good experiences at a gas station before. Shawn runs that place like champ and his team goes out of their way to make sure i get what i want.
I picked up a new customer right behind this location in the Colony. After l finished my job, i popped in to use some of my Rewards Offers.nnThe store was pretty clean, there were 3 customers in front of me cashing out Lotto and purchasing gas. The Young Lady working the register (4pm) was very friendly and out going, l would say she was smiling but she had her mask on.nnShe mentioned to me the new 7 Eleven Sliders which l did purchase Jalapeño Cheese Steak and Smoked Turkey, very delicious and only $.99 ea.nnI do not know if 7 Eleven still do adda boys/girls or Employee of the month. But this young lady gets my vote.nnGood to see something positive in these trying days.
Very disappointing interaction with the workers here today. I had a flat tire so I pulled in to fill it up, but needed change to operate it.nnI asked for changed and the two ladies laughed and said no.nnThem - We don’t have no change!nMe - what am I supposed to do?nThem - we don’t care but you have ya gonMe - thank younnA guy in the parking lot had a air pump on his truck and filled up my tire.
CUSTOMER BE AWARE: THIS LOCATION IS SCAMMING PEOPLE AND CHARGING $91 TO PUMP GAS. We tried talking to the person by the name of Nima and said that it is our bank which anyone with knowledge knows this is FALSE. We will report to both CFPB and BBB for their unfair and fraudulent business practices.
I love this 7/11 for some of their amazing employees such as Nemo, Victor, and nickie. Shout out to General manager shawn for running this place right! ud83dudc4aud83dude0a
