Called this place to take care of a few fees that were charged to my account and they picked up right away (most chase banks don’t even answer the phone) I spoke to Rebecca and she was very helpful and got my fees refunded to me and was very understanding of my situation. I would definitely recommend this location, their customer service is wonderful! 10/10

Visited this branch because this is where I opened my business account, and this is who I have always banked with. I was given a good experiencia when I opened my business account, can’t say the same about this time. I came in just to get a notary which I figured wouldn’t take long. But I was told I had to make an appointment, when clearly I could see no one was there being assisted. So I went to the CUTX down the street where I don’t even have an account with. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Pretty disappointed I chose this to be my bank, really didn’t feel good when I left that branch. I guess i recommend going there if your going to go open an account but if your needing something else I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

I am regular and business partner with Chase bank, but this branch of Chase Bank is the worst I visited in recent times. Customer service is worst especially with no staff to talk nor say my concerns. Long wait times for the appointment, and I had to visit couple of times for my work to be done. I would definitely avoid this branch from next time.

Reversed a claim on a fraudulent transaction. Chase Sided with the merchant versus me the customer. Did not require merchant to send an itemized copy of the purchase, took their word for it and ignored and reversed my claim. The merchant has a deceptive point of sale system and chase took the merchant's deceiving invoice. Contacted the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau and if they dont rectify this, will contact the Attorney General to make sure they are not reversing shady transactions

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and Rima Westbrook was happy to help my husband and I. She added him to my account and answered my all husband's questions. I would recommend her to anyone trying to any personal banking. Thanks for your time Rima!
