I visited this location today on 1/29/2021 around 11:30 am. I am allergic to white meat so i always request for the dark meat. Previously this location staff told cooperate wont allow just dark meat for the family meals and I called the cooperate and they were ok with my request and ask me to let the person who takes the order know about your allergy and there is no hard and set rule 'ONLY MIXED' for family meals. But when made the order at this location they said to order for the 4 piece meal to get all dark meat ( if you want 8, go with 2 order of 4 piece and so on). That was fine with me too and I use visit this place twice weekly.nnBut today the lady who the order was very rude and she said she cannot give 2 orders of 4 dark meat only but can do for 1. I don't understand what benefit she gets from it, when other staffs doesn't have any issues and even the cooperate has no issue with the request. I tried to explain about the allergic situation , but she doesn't care. I placed the order and found that I was given all burned chicken pieces, none of them were edible. I threw the entire 2 orders of 4 piece meal in the garbage after taking the pictures. The management should review the staff behavior with the customers. Will never visit this location again.
I love Popeyes in general; HOWEVER, this location just needs a complete reset. I don’t know if it’s management or what but they never get it right. Usually they’re out of something I order or they get the order wrong. But this is the second time I’ve come at lunch time and they were completely shut down-closed (with people inside). How does a business just decide to shut down whenever it wants?!?! Ridiculous.
Waste Money and Time!nPaid full price of $16.97 for 3 piece tender meal and 5 piece tender meal both with red beans and rice. Only got 3 piece tender meal and NO 5 piece tenders with fries and drink only. I was too upset to get back in line for another 45 minutes! I don't plan on going back to that location EVER!

Every time I've gone to this place they are always out of what I want to order. Tell me how a fast food restaurant that specializes in chicken never has any chicken!? This place is not worth your time and it will ultimately disappoint you no matter what you order.
