Looking at all the reviews here anything short of terrible is an absolute impossibility. I have lived in Little Elm for 15 years and have been going to this location since I moved to The Elm. They have never been wonderful but predictable and adequate. Over the last 24 months service and quality has really taken a nose dive. You can guarantee that your chicken WILL be cold, even if you have to WAIT for it to cook or for your sides to be cooked. Today I ordered the typical #1 4 Spicy tender dinner with corn nuggets and okra. I was told it would be 3 minutes for the Corn Nuggets and Okra, great no problem. At the window I EXPRESSLY asked that the tenders be made fresh as well, commenting specifically that they are often cold and hard after sitting under the heat lamp, yes they are was the answer. 3 minutes later.....SCALDING HOT corn nuggets and Okra, COLD and HARD tenders. Add to the poor experience that the tenders have shrunk in size over 80% in the last 24 months and the gravy is not 1/3 the size, which still isn't enough to eat the tiny cold tenders. Making any complaint is just met with blank stares. If you like Chicken E, drive to another city. Hopefully this place will close soon so we can get something worth visiting.

Decent chicken in a fix. Satisfies the craving. Portion sizes are a little small compared to other chains but would still return there.

I’m giving it 1-Star simply because I’ve been coming here for 3-years and today was the first day I’ve heard you have to pay for Honey Mustard and that no sauce for the chicken tenders come with the meal. Not even ketchupud83dude33ud83dude33ud83eudd14ud83eudd14. I know we are all going thru it financially but DAM chicken Express

Their tea consistently tastes like dog urine. They DO NOT clean their tea urns. Undrinkable! I've given them a few tries but I'm done with this garbage place. Spend your money elsewhere.

1. 90% of the time I come here they get my order wrong.nOne time the manager told me we was going to make it up to me and give me side next time I came in.nI asked for him the next time I was here and he acted like he didn’t remember me.n2. The employees act like they don’t care about you at all. They are short in response and rude 100% of the timen3. I’ve been coming here for the last couple of months asking for biscuits. They stopped serving them all together. If you ask them they don’t have any.. ever. Honestly I think they are just to lazy to make them.nnThis is the worst chicken express in the country.nThe food is also a reflection of their attitude.
