Absolutely a must if you are pregnant/post partum. Leslie and Leah were awesome and really helped my postpartum pain!!

The therapists at Fit Physical Therapy have helped me rehab and build strength after multiple injuries and surgeries. You won't find any other place in town where a Masters or Doctorate level therapist works 1:1 with you the ENTIRE visit! No being passed on to a tech, or sharing time with another patient. Their attention to detail and care is remarkable. I love that they use various methods to promote healing and build strength - from yoga, pilates, prenatal, cupping, dry needling and more. I highly recommend Fit PT - they will get you feeling stronger than ever.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff! I've been a patient of this establishment for a little over a month now and can honestly say that every one of my encounters here has been awesome. I've experienced physical therapy treatment many times throughout my life and feel confident to recommend FIT in Frisco to anyone I know. My therapist Sara is totally amazing, she treats me on a visit by visit basis, always re-evaluates how I'm doing and truly cares about my wellness. Her bedside manner is second to none and her positive attitude always leaves me felling a little better about my progress, no matter how how I'm felling. Thank you for looking after me and for treating me so well!
