My first visit here and was met with a smile and greeting at the front desk. Both ladies there was very friendly and attentive taking care of guest walking in and guest already present. My visit was quick. I went for a drug screen (hair sample) and was nervous not expecting the amount of hair needed but the nurse made it worthwhile with laughter and information.

I needed to get a hair drug screening test done. I was given a date and time range (8 am to 8 pm) I could go in during. However when I arrived at 5 pm I tried to go in and the door was locked. I almost panicked until the friendly and lovely receptionist informed me they were closed, but she asked me what I needed done. She allowed me to be the last guest they served on a Friday. She could have turned me away, but didn’t. I was very happy because I would have had to push back my start date for my new job by days and I’m glad I didn’t have to. I thank her so much and she congratulated and wished me well on my job.

Great experience. Staff is very courteous both over the phone and in person. They adhered to all the CDC precautions for COVID prevention and they were efficient with the flow of everything.

Technicians and the office staff at this location were very nice, that's not my issue. Unfortunately, a mistake was made by the staff with the paperwork and my results for a Federal DOT test were sent to the wrong company. This resulted in me having to take another day off, come back and take a second test and unfortunately someone else filled thevposition that I was applying for during that time. If you are a driver, you protect your information carefully so this with a little bit scary.
