Horrible. Prescriptions are filled when they want them filled. Staff is insensitive and rude. They follow these unwritten refill dates and trying to get a prescription prior to that is a nightmare, even if your doc has already written it! Perfect example, They’ve had my prescription for 4 days. Called this morning and it won’t be ready until 10:30AM! But they opened at 9am and so it takes them that long to put 30 pills in a bottle? ud83eudd2c. Walmart is faster than this and they are busier. What they don’t seem to realize is that they are playing with peoples lives and someone needs to take notice over there before they cross the wrong patient. I will never use this pharmacy or any Kroger pharmacy again.

Completely incompetent staff, prescription are never filled on time or at all, excuses are always made and blamed on doctors it’s funny how three different specialists always seems to make mistakes but this pharmacy is not to blame. As I have medical conditions that require specific medication to keep me alive this is completely unacceptable I will no longer be sending any scripts to be filled here instead I will be going to the CVS across the street. A vending machine is honestly able to render better service than these people and until the day comes that they are replaced by them I will take my business elsewhere I hope you heed this warning.

Switching my prescription somewhere else because it was supposed to be ready yesterday and today they couldn't find it and now I have to wait for 3 more hrs. Horrible service!!!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!! Absolutely awful customer service! Gave them 3 chances, 3 months in a row between mine and my husbands prescriptions, all a nightmare. Both of the front desk workers and the pharmacist would rather spend 30 minutes arguing with you than actually helping you. Now looking at other reviews, wish I would have seen that most everyone else has had similar experiences, I would have taken my business elsewhere. They make every excuse in the world to not help you or do their jobs, they would rather hold up the line for a half hour than help their patients. They will run an inactive insurance even when you tell them mutiple time to remove it. No class or etiquette whatsoever. Beyond disappointed with the terrible service and lack of respect I received here over the past few months and will gladly be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Hopefully management looks at these reviews and gets things under control before others have to suffer.
