I had a GREAT experience with the LE post office. We had a mail forwarding notice on our mail. I ordered some products thinking they would arrive by UPS. Instead they were sent via the postal service and our package was in a loop for a few days. I went to the Little Elm post office and, electronically, they removed the package from the loop and showed me how to track it online. They were VERY helpful, thank you!
Kevin has always been very helpful and courteous. I appreciate all the time and effort he has taken to locate lost packages for me.
worst staff.. highly unprofessional.. there is a reason why they are 1.8 rated on Google. Entire facility is empty. My wife and daughter were on time for passport appointment. None of their email and SMS says that both parents have to be there. Anyhow they tell us, i reach there within 15 min. They said times up.. cant take anymore. Never had such a horrible customer service. There is a reason USPS is going downhill. I hope we look at these dinasours and privatize them
The entire staff is rude and disrespectful, not going here anymore. We were here to renew a passport and they completely dismissed us and didn't give us any if the correct information. Very unhelpful.
I don't know why this place has 1.9 stars. Workers here are really nice. They helped me with a big smile on their faces. The 2 ladies (I think one is hindu and the other one probably asian) were being very respectful and super nice to all of us. Also the guy who I think is the manager is nice too!
