Responsive and genuinely cares about his customers. I recently had a house flood while traveling and he didn't hesitate to drive to my house to do whatever was needed to stop the water from doing more damage. Simply put, he is committed to exceeding the needs of his customers and delivering the highest quality product and service.

I have used Bentley for insurance for at least 10 years. He does an excellent job of getting you the proper coverages at a great price. Some agents only focus on price, while neglecting the actual needs of the homeowner. His office is extremely professional and responsive. I could not recommend them more highly.

Bentley saved us over 20% from our previous policy while increasing our coverage! He provides a wealth of knowledge by going through the coverage line by line as a new client. One real example that sets Bentley apart from other agents is when he personally drove over to a clients home while the owners were on vacation, to shut the water off from a busted pipe. Another impressive example that set Bentley apart from the rest, is when he informed not only his clients, but others of what to expect after the polar vortex via Facebook. The communication was dead on! I have plenty of insurance friends, but Bentley was the only one to inform others which was extremely helpful to me and my wife! I’m extremely please to be Bentley’s client and I wish I had made the jump decades ago!
