Bob Parker has been my insurance agent ever since I have been driving. Yes, that's 40 years and counting. I highly recommend him and his staff for all your insurance needs. They are all so knowledgeable, professional, and so very friendly.

Had a general liability policy here for couple years and experienced the worst/slowest customer service imaginable. For one of many examples...I request a certificate of ins. and the literally take over 5 weeks?! They truly just do not care about their customers.nI ended up cancelling and going with someone else, also because of rude Bob. Took 5 weeks to simply email this certificate. DO NOT attempt to do any business with Bob Parker.
