My paint color didnt match but I took it back and person knew immediately what was wrong and made it right. The formula was for a quart and I needed a gallon so the numbers were off. They adjusted for the gallon. Cant wait to try it. Good customer service.

Be careful at this store. The employees don't know how to read paint shades from their book. I was looking for a Brown fence stain that was recommended by my builder. First off the employee helping me could not read the builder's name from the book. After pointing it to her, she input the formula in the computer incorrectly. I got a Gallon of the wrong stain. After applying on one fence picket, I noticed the color as Solid Reddish Brown, instead of semi transparent Brown. I took the Gallon back to the shop and told them to verify the stain. A male employee helped me this time and he confirmed that the Gallon was the correct shade. I bought a 5 gallon bucket. After coming home, I painted my fence with the Gallon of stain first and then opened the 5 Gallon Bucket. To my surprise, the 5 Gallon was Yellowish Brown. I took the 5 Gallon bucket back and the same male employee faulted the lady with formulating the wrong paint and made me a 5 gallon of the Reddish Brown stainnnThis was such a waste of money and time for me, Please take your business some other store.nUpdate :Store Manager resolved my issue

Super helpful staff! They helped us pick out paint, primer, and tools. We had a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. They clearly knew their stuff. The project came out looking beautiful! Their tips and recommendations definitely helped. Thanks!
