They improperly reinstalled the toilet resulting in a slow leak that damaged the flooring and required us to reinstall ourselves and repair the flooring. All the owner cared about was collecting his money before the job was complete. The crew they brought in to stain the stairs was totally incompetent as well. Buyer beware.nnEDIT—the new owner of this business stepped up and remedied the problems with the damage to the flooring to the toilet reseating issue. We’re very satisfied with their response and would recommend using them.

The floor upgrade project for our home is now complete by Floors 4 Less Frisco Tx. We are so pleased and thankful for the new floor that has been installed throughout our home. The floor is absolutely beautiful and transforming. Shawn at Floors 4 Less Frisco provided us excellent customer service throughout all the project phases beginning with discovery on through post installation. Shawn is certainly a subject matter expert in this field. He was most cordial, cooperative, patient, customer-oriented, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He was so helpful as we began determining what we wanted for our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made -- Shawn let us make our decision even as he presented the pros and cons of the options available for us with some gentle nudging along the way. Shawn came to the house to establish the plan and as needed to insure all was well. The Floors 4 Less installation team Shawn recommended for us is excellent and professional. They were most thorough, detail-oriented, and experienced in preparing the house for the new flooring. They knew exactly what needed to be done and were so efficient in doing it. Thank you much Floors 4 Less Frisco, Shawn, and the installation team!

Floors 4 Less did a wonderful job on our flooring project. We have flooring that was put in by the builder throughout most of the downstairs, and Floors 4 Less order new flooring and installed quickly and perfectly to replace our bedroom carpet downstairs. The install including furniture removal, installing around base boards, and meshing wood into the existing floor in the hall way was perfect. No mess, No hassle, nothing. The owner was extremely responsive through text and made the experience so nice and easy. I give the whole process 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
