So I normally use Legend Cleaners off Eldorado and 423 but they weren’t there yesterday when I stopped off to have my Pottery Barn blanket dry cleaned as it states on the instructions. They stated to either leave my garnet or take it to Melanie’s Cleaners across the way.nI did and the lady there was pleasant. I stated dry clean for my blanket and she said pick up next day. All was good and I left. The blanket instructions clearly states dry clean only. I’m not sure what happened aside from someone either didn’t dry clean it or they put it in a machine because my Ombré blanket (3 colors) is now 2 and my blanket looks beat up and frayed.nThis wasn’t a cheap blanket even with a discount I paid $80 at Pottery Barn. This blanket has never been taken to the cleaners until yesterday and now I wished I hadn’t bothered.nnIf I could add pics of the before and after, I would but if it helps, the cleaning instructions aren’t even recognizable which I a clear indication the blanket wasn’t cleaned properlynnWill I go back? no.nWill I recommend? no.nAre they nice folk? sure.nWould they have known that this is an issue after cleaning? 100% yes bcz I had 3 colors (blue, light blue, cream) and now blue and medium blue, no cream in sight..nShould they have said something? Yes as any decent person or business should!

I used to use this cleaners quite a bit. As soon as the wife started working the front counter the service changed drastically as well as the prices. She provided poor service and then wanted to argue with me about the services provided. I will not be doing business with them any longer.

I used Melanie's for the first time this weekend - they were the 3rd place I visited before finding someone who could get my clothes done same day! After a misunderstanding abut their closing time, I realized I had missed the pickup deadline by 30 minutes. I called, the owner answered, and remembered me from that morning. He had already left, but turned around and came back to meet me so I could get my clothes!! GREAT customer service! I will be back!

I have been using Melanie's Miracle services for years now. They are well organized and have the best customer service for dry cleaning! I will recommend you check them out and you will not be disappointed!!

Don’t ever take your expensive clothing to this cleaner, unless the value is less than $20.00.nI have been a customer for almost 4 years until recently when I went to pick up my shirts from the cleaner and one of the shirt was missing.nThe owner wanted to gave me someone else’s shirt as a replacement and I refused to take it. The owner told me that he had mistakenly gave my shirt to someone. I waited several months before returning back to the store to ask him about my shirt.nI give him the opportunity to contact the individual and locate my shirt. He said he was going to follow up with me, he never did.nnWhen I went to the store to asked him about my shirt, he started arguing with me and telling that my shirt was only worth $2.00.nThe owner refused to reimburse me the money for my shirt, instead he decided to offer me store credit. I refused the store credit because I was already charged for the missing shirt when I picked up the other shirts. This guy like to play games with his customers. He doesn’t value his business nor value his customers. All he cares about is making money.nnDo waste your time and money with this cleaner.
