Absolutely love this CrossFit gym. The owners are amazing, all the coaches are really good atntheir job and the member community is like one big family! If you’ve been wanting to try a crossfit gym definitely come take a class at CF Slake!

I've only encountered helpful and considerate people here, that includes the staff. The gym is always clean and there is a good variety of equipment

Great coaches who really care about each member and really great camaraderie. The closest thing to 1 on 1 coaching without paying for a personal trainer. A+
