You will be blown away with this place!!! It is a fitness studio like no other with high energy, experienced trainers teaching classes, individualized attention, and incredible workout! So many fitness levels can work side by side and rock to their goals!
I’ve been going here for over a year and half now. It’s an amazing gym with amazing people. The motivation and support from the instructors and other members is something I’ve never experienced before.
Always clean with staff who are friendly and make it a point to greet you on the way in and the way out.
Since I started working out at the Little Elm location I've had the best success in losing weight and learning how to do it with eating more food. I'm the one who gets in my own way by not being consistent. From day one, I didn't know what to expect but they were all friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all challenge you to do more all while being safe and offering modifications if needed. All of the trainers are great but Dylan makes me not want to make eye contact so he doesn't call out my nameud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 But he really makes me want to challenge myself in a good way!~~Mona Tillis
