Great place to train. High level instruction with people that care about your development. Great atmosphere for everyone in the family.
Matt is super nice and a very good teacher. If you feel intimated at all to try out jiu jitsu, look no further than Neutral Grounds. You will be made to feel welcome, receive instruction based off of your experience, and will learn very quickly. I can’t recommend Neutral Grounds enough.
Excellent bjj school. As a female I felt very safe and protected. Great environment for women wanting to learn BJJ!
Great place to learn tournament style jiu jitsu for kids. Friendly staff and fun for my son.
