Kidzania Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Kidzania Dentistry is great. The kids always get excited when I tell them they have a dentist appointment. If you can make the kids want to come see you, we all can say that’s a great accomplishment. I love the time the doctors take with each kid and they always provide great insight and tips. Chelsea was great working with the kids as well. She had awesome tips on how to brush properly and keep their kids clean and healthy! We will for sure keep coming back!

I would give 0 star if I could. We switched to kidzania after a relocation. My daughter already had her braces on and appliances in her mouth (expander too and bottom). I paid up front around $1300 for my daughters full phase. My daughter had her first appointment which took 2 hours and 1.5 was us just waiting for the orthodontist then he saw her for about 15 minutes after the wait and told us his treatment plan which was fine. Shortly after her 1st adjustment I was relocated again for work (totally out of my control) so I called them to let them know and ask what we would be refunded since they have only done 1 adjustment so the front desk receptionist told me she would calculate it and call me. A week passed and they didn’t call me but my daughter had a wire poking out so I tried to call several times one day with no answer, I tried calling the next day and no answer, and again the next day with no answer. Every time I left a voicemail explaining that my daughter was in pain with no response she so I had my sister call to help and they answered in the first call. I brought her in to clip her wire and asked again about the billing and I was given an excuse about the orthodontist being out of town. It has been over a month and finally they told me I will only get $400 back. They did ONE adjustment so I asked what they were billing for because adjustments cost on average $100-$150 and I was told they would look into it. It has been over a month again and they won’t answer my calls or answer me about my money so they are trying to keep $900 for 1 appointment. Their customer service is terrible and they just keep making excuses!!!!

My kids absolutely love kidzania, even the 2yr old! They are very nice and gentle with my children! Thanks Chelsea for explaining to my older kiddos the importance of their dental health.
