Here I thought it was just me that got the rude clerks. But really no matter what you call in for they are rude, to the point where they make you feel bad for calling and asking a questions. I've spoken to other city clerks and it's a completely different situation. If you don't enjoy your job don't take it out on others. Question does the city or anyone look at these reviews and if they do....why haven't they done something about it.
I came in to pay a ticket the day before Thanksgiving and the lady working was super sweet and helpful and made the whole process run smoothly.
I always figured people were exaggerating when they would say “If it was possible to give no stars I would.” But after speaking with someone from the municipal court, I completely understand. I called in regards to a citation that was not pulling up online and had the unfortunate privilege of speaking to someone who said their name was Mary Jane. She initially wouldn’t give me the information I was inquiring about, saying that I should be able to look it up online, even though I kept explaining to her that that was the only reason why I was calling in the first place. When I asked about my option concerning the options I had in regards to the citation she quickly, and dismissively, responded that they would go over it with me if I showed up at the building.nnI understand that this is not something that is enjoyable to deal with on a daily basis, but at the end of the day it is your job. And it’s a job you get PAID to do.
Very bad experience. The prosecutor is very mean and demanding. They don’t listen to your needs. They treat you like garbage. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing
I was on hold for 16 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone she was beyond rude and was no help at all. I tried to explain my situation and she rudely interrupted me and told me to get to the point.
