I ordered groceries online, got my confirmation email, then waited without response for over an hour. I called the store and they informed me no orders were coming through even though I had already been charged. The only resolution they could offer me was to come and buy my items a second time, no gift card, store credit, etc. So now I've got one set of overpriced items and have been charged twice for them. Great experience.

I walked in the store- walked over to the photo & federal Express drop off location. The lady that walked up to me was very RUDE. I asked her about Federal Express shipping and she than told me that they scan the package but could not give a ship date to expect that package delivery. She then said that I’m pretty late in shipping for the holiday. How did she know I needed the package delivered before the holidays. Maybe she needs some sleep. - not nice lady at all... wonder if she like her job - I would guess that she doesn’t. Never been treated with that attitude at Walgreens before.

Colossal waste of time! I tried to pick up my prescription here after being notified that my script was ready through there app.... well it wasn't. I got there and the pharmacist told me it wasn't ready and asked me to wait. 30 minutes later she told me that I couldn't get my script b/c she couldn't read my doctor's hand written instructions on how to take the script. It is literally a pill I had to swallow with water. They told me to come back the next day b/c the dr's office was closed. I went back the next morning and I finally got my script filled. I understand, that there may be some confusion with his hand writing but you wasted collectively an hour of my time when I had a sick baby I left at home that I needed to tend to. It was a pill that I take with water... it's not rocket science!
