Customer-driven company always willing to go the extra mile!
I have worked with RMG Apparel for the last 9 years ordering shirts and caps for my kids school...athletic booster clubs, sports, etc. They know what's in, and what sells, create the artwork, and deliver on time. The schools have sold out on the initial order each year, and we end up ordering additional inventory. Highly recommend RMG apparel.
I would like to take a moment to recognize Ross and team for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was quick to respond to an inquiry regarding a problem with a bag previously ordered. He took the time to follow up on his own to make sure the issue was resolved. He was extremely professional and you can tell he REALLY cares about providing quality products and making customers happy. Thanks to Ross and team for turning a challenge into a great experience!
Ross was amazing. I ordered shirts from another company and they never came in. I called Ross and asked if he could get the shirts done in 2 days and he said absolutely. When I went in for the meeting, he took time and paid close attention to detail. My shirts turned out better than expected and he finished them early!! I would highly recommend RMG apparel! I will be using them for all my future screen printing needs!!!
