I just bought a car 2 weeks ago . Trusting him Mr Dorsey and sales man that sold me the car that everything was good . The radio not working . They reassured me I would be reimbursed . I would have never bought a car from anyone with a radio ud83dudcfb not working . I been auto business for a long time . Trusting them to do right thing and being a good citizen and man of his word. They never called or reply back my texts regarding this matter . Please be careful I was out of state so I should have went and picked up the car but didn’t Or I should have went to dealership and paid cash for car in my near city . They shipped it to me but it took them longest to ship it but my overall experience buying my first used car at this place was not good . I would advise anyone to be careful going to this place . Because they do not follow good ethics business codes in Auto Finance Industry.nn#UPDATE as of March 2021 .I talked to owner and his daughter Brandy . The owner fixed my radio in my car . He is good working man with good morals and ethics . He did everything in his power to make sure he fix this situation and do right . I work for one of the biggest auto finance dealership in US I can literally say this independent dealer is well respected I give him 9 stars ⭐ufe0f. You can trust him to do right thing by the customer .
They are amazing! It is truly a family atmosphere here. They are the sweetest people and very friendly. They worked with me to get the perfect car I needed at an incredible price! Definitely recommend. Plus, they have an in house mechanic for any repairs!
I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from this car lot paid $3700 cash for it, the check engine light was on so the salesman told me it just needs a sensor and the check engine light will go off, so I brought the car back to the lot to get a sensor put in the car and the check engine light still didn’t go off, it has a slow oil leak I knew nothing about and then 6 months later the motor went out on it and now the car is completely gone I’m a mother of 5 children stuck without transportation, please under no circumstances do business with this car lot they don’t care about these cars they just want the money they don’t fix them they just sell them to people just the way there are and this is bad for business. I will be reporting them to the better business bbb.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Mercedes. It was exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. The owner was very accommodating to my needs and gave me a 3 month warranty at no charge to me. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
