Used the app for the first time and it worked great. We parked in the curbside parking, entered the number and a few minutes later our food arrived. The young man did a great job keeping as much distance as possible when handing the food over. Drinks were in a carrier and food was packed well in one big bag. Food was great as always. Thanks McDonald's team!
I love McDonald's especially the ice cream.
WHEN A CAR IN THE DRIVE-THRU PLACES A $50 ORDER, MAKE THEM PULL UP AND WALK THE FOOD OUT TO THEM. DON'T MAKE A LINE OF CARS WAIT BEHIND THEM OVER TWENTY MINUTES FOR A $5 F*CKING MEAL.
I tried using the mobile application today, so I placed my order right before I left my house when I got to the store I went to curbside and entered 2 and I get thank we are now starting your order. I wait for about 5 minutes for them to bring out my order. I notice the bag was light so I checked the bag before I left and there was were only 2 items in the bag and I had ordered 3 items. So now I had to go back in the store and wait again for them to prepare the 3rd item. I get home find that one of the original 2 items was wrong! Not a Happy customer.
Could be friendlier. They dont even acknowledge you when you pull up to the window. I've never gotten good service from that location on Main and Teel. I love the Legacy and Lebanon location!
