Every visit that I've made to this location has been horrible! Food is always cold and old. My drink had 2 ice cubes and 3/4 full. Not 1 napkin in the bag! The Staff is always playing and joking around. Orders are always jacked up! I call and complain and Kelly just says sorry..REALLY? I'm willing to drive 5 more miles up 423 for better quality and better customer service..when I live around the corner. I don't know if its the time of day or not? My visit was 8:30pm..nKelly was unpleasant and unprofessional disconnected the call while I was complain. Boycott McDonald's in Prosper off of 380 near Kroger!!!

What I like about this McDonald's is the food is always served hot and everyone in there is always hustling to get your food out as quick as they can

McDonalds. It is consistent no matter where you are. That is actually a selling point. You know exactly what you are getting into.

I try not to write reviews, but the owners at this location needs to make a change. If you get everything in your order it is absolutely astonishing. You should not be astonished just because they gave you everything you paid for. The workers they hire have been incompetent since opening day. The issue must be the manager or the owners as they cannot tell who is capable of reading the order and putting those items in the bag. It’s one thing to mess up and put a fry instead of apple slices in a kids chicken nugget meal, it’s another thing to leave out the chicken nuggets. It’s not once, it’s not even ten times, it’s too many to count. Time to fire the hiring manager.
