This place is great, just wish the bread wasn't so hard. The customer service there is great and they are really good at suggesting alternative ingredients. The tea at this location is better than others.

This Panera is unfortunately just not reliable. The staff is kind and the food well executed, per the National Panera menu. Trying to order here for curbside or in-store pickup is impossible. In the last 12 times I’ve looked to place an order for pickup, they have only had this available as an option 3 times. I love the brand, love the menu, but look for another Panera Bread if you want reliable meals for you and/or your family.

They've got our order right every time, so far.. a pleasant surprise considering how many times that doesn't happen at other Panera outlets.. but the food is good considering it's 'fast' so i go back everytime.

Family always had no trouble with Panera and it was a life saver up until a couple months ago. We came in for curbside pickup and they were “out of bread” when we tried doordash delivery they were “ out of bread.” Next of all when we tried to do no-contact-delivery it said our food would take over an hour. My family and I live 5 minutes away from the Prosper Panera and we all know half the stuff you make isn’t freshly made. Some workers are kinda snappy when it comes to asking questions. Overall the food is great fresh or not just wish these issues could be handled better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Ordered online through Panera app and my order was missing items and had a few incorrect items. Was given a credit for a future meal but my dinner was not corrected unless I wanted to go pick up the correct items. Why offer delivery if you can’t get it right. Beware this Panera can’t and won’t make it right! Even with the credit I will not order anything from them again.
