Amanda the Customer Service person was a 5 star rock star. After having issues with telephone banking and finding the 423/Eldorado location closed i chose this Chase Bank location ( 3127 Main Street Frisco TX) & was never disappointed.nAmanda deserves every STAR in the universe. She helped me fast and with a smile. Excellent job.

Had a great experience! When I walked in I was greeted right away and met with Vanessa one of the personal bankers. I made an appointment with her and she was ready to assist as soon as I walked in. Vanessa did a fantastic job of helping me, adding me to my dads account by ways of POA. She took what could have been a tedious and long process and made it simple fast yet she went over everything thoroughly to make sure it was done perfectly. Truly felt like I was her #1 priority.nnThe welcome- just another side note about the staff and there welcoming approach. As I sat in the office I could hear the lobby staff welcoming every guest and even welcomed several by name. Wow! That's a great personal touch. The lobby music was also great.nnCall for an appointment- i would definitely call ahead if you plan to meet with a personal banker. Geo, the gentlemen who took my call was super friendly and helpful in getting an appointment. I mentioned to Geo my reason for the appointment and he helped me prepare by making sure I had the right paper work. If not, I would have showed up and would have had to leave to get the necessary papers. Great job Geo and Vanessa!

Came thru the drive thru today. The teller Tiffany was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and was able to help me resolve an issue I was having. Definitely worth 5 stars!
