DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Sat at front counter over 7 minutes while 2 employees who clearly weren't busy made eye contact with me multiple times and refused to check me out so I can purchase my fuel and drinks. I observed them making a nasty comment about another customer who had walked in after me. It may not matter whether I step foot in another Racetrac again, but I will continue to spread the word about this location.
Lazy... Clerk couldn’t take money and said I have to use the very Non-Personal machine. The store is open and they can’t smile and provide personal service... Very upset
I tried to pay to put air in my tire, the machine was off, so I went inside and waited for the rep and politely asked if I could get access to the machine to put air in my tire that has a slow leak. The attendant shrugged me off and didn’t even attempt to turn on the machine. I waited at the machine for 5 mins and I still couldn’t swipe my card.nnThankfully, a 7/11 will be going in across the street and I know they will gladly accept my business. Racetrack has lost any respect or business from me. Basic customer service is all I’m asking for.
I had the same probably with the air machine about a week ago and I went directly over to the 7/11 across the street.
So I go in and ask to get a exchange a tank on my propane. Cashier said we are all out. Both cages were full of full tanks (green plastic cover on each). Place was not overrun with customers and there were 2 cashiers on duty. Not cool
